Data capturing all aspects of the programme: from participant details, results, winners, prizes and more.
Measurement of performance against criteria or targets.
Design, writing and distribution of on-going communication: digital and print.
Contact Centre: as the programme administrators we handle all queries from participants, as well as all contact regarding prize redemptions.
Fulfilment of Rewards: once the winners have been selected, we make sure they get their prizes fast. This is fundamental to the success of the programme and that’s why prizes are delivered in a matter of days.
Auditing Results: Records are kept so that as recognition costs are incurred and prizes delivered, there is a clear audit trail that links the person rewarded with the appropriate manager and the behaviour being recognised. Proof of purchase slips are maintained and detailed reports rolled up to the correct cost centre. The administrative IT system employed allows our clients to access stand-alone reports or live data, once provided with appropriate access rights.
Review: Quarterly reviews and monthly meetings with the programme champion are scheduled at the start of the programme for the year ahead.
